Managing information and records
As a crown entity, 91福利 is subject to the Public Records Act 2005 (the Act). Where information provided to 91福利 (which may include personal information) constitutes part of a public record, it will be retained to the extent required by the Act.
Information provided to 91福利 will have different retention requirements for different information classifications.
Submissions
91福利 may publish submissions made by you (whether individually or on behalf of an organisation) in relation to consultation 91福利 undertakes on any issue.
The invitation for submissions will set out 91福利鈥檚 intentions, and any requirements in relation to publishing.
Access to your information
All information held by 91福利 is accessible under court orders or some statutes, such as:
- the Official Information Act 1982
- the exceptions to Information Privacy Principle 11 under the Privacy Act 2020, and
- other laws such as those which may require supply of information under formal demand.
Withholding information
The Official Information Act 1982 allows certain information to be withheld under privacy or other grounds.
Withholding grounds under Section 9 of that Act are subject to a public interest test, which may result in disclosure.
